“Margaret Dillard is one of the finest videographers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is diligent, hard-working, creative, patient and as a performer, the very best thing about Margaret is her ability to stand in front of me with her camera and smile as I perform! I can’t tell you how uplifting it is for any performer to look out and see a smiling face and know that person is enjoying what they’re doing. As I stood in front of her and played, I knew she was doing her job, but I also felt she was truly enthusiastic about my performance…and that made me perform even better! I can’t imagine having filmed “Michael Grande’s Arizona” without Margaret Dillard, would recommend her to anyone seeking a professional videographer, and hope she will agree to be part of our show as long as it runs! Kudos to Margaret Dillard! She is truly a performer’s wish come true when it comes to both the images she captures and the smile she wears while capturing them!”

“I absolutely loved working with Margaret Dillard! She is a creative, talented individual who constantly wears a smile, no matter how many hours we’ve put in and as far as I can tell, has no ego at all about how good she is. Technically, she is brilliant, and I come from California where cameramen are everywhere, but I would have to go a long way to find one as talented as she is. She is also one of the easiest people to work with I’ve ever been around. She is hard-working, energetic, enthusiastic, and has a way of passing on that enthusiasm and energy to the rest of the cast and crew. I would work with Margaret on any project at any time and feel completely comfortable that I had chosen one of the very best. Bisbee and the surrounding area is very lucky to have someone this talented in their midst and I do hope they appreciate her…because we certainly do! Had I been able to pack her up and take her back to California with me, I would have done so!

”As that old movie and book called “Love Story” begins ‘What can you say about…’, well, that’s how I feel about writing about Margaret Dillard, videographer. I am new to the business of television shows, but Margaret is certainly not, and it shows in her calm sense of control, her ability to function when things around her are literally falling apart, and the absolutely brilliant film footage she produces. Our Emmy-winning cameraman has said that a segment she shot was like “wine in a bottle”, and it’s true. Her images are clear, well-framed, and just plain gorgeous. Whether Margaret is filming an Arizona sunset with a cowboy riding across the desert, or getting balanced, focused frames of an interview between a number of people, she manages to make it all look easy. I have seen her tramp through acres of sticker bushes, cacti, and rocks to follow a horse, then watched as she simply took a breath, and re-set for her next shot…one that was totally different. We were more than fortunate to find Margaret Dillard! She not only has a thriving business as a videographer, but gives freely of her time filming benefits for groups such as the Bisbee Boys and Girls Club. I can say all the regular things people say about a person working with them…That she’s on time, diligent, talented, creative, and artistic…But most of all…She is Margaret…and that smile she wears almost constantly is priceless! She lifted us all up, and simply kept us there! Thanks Margaret, for all you do and all you are…We really do treasure you for both your talent, and more importantly, your friendship.”
